RunnersHai will once again take you and your friends on the most amazing countryside journey to Chongming Island on 15th of June. With fresh planted rice fields, you’ll experience running in the blooming farmlands. Together with our friends at MuYu Farm we will offer:

• An amazing 15K running experience on the farm roads.

• A bowl full of tasty bio-rice, meat and veggies from MuYu Farm.

• Sightseeing on MuYu Farm, full of turtles, toads, crabs and fields of the newly planted rice.

6月15日，RunnersHai 经典赛事农民跑又回来啦！今年我们将再次来到崇明岛，在刚栽种的水稻田边，享受春风。今年的活动将会在我们长期合作的农场-沐雨农场举行。整个活动包括：

• 15公里的田间跑步

• 沐雨农场提供的新鲜午餐，包括环保大米，美味的猪肉和蔬菜

• 享受农家乐趣，乌龟，牛蛙，大闸蟹，小龙虾，新栽水稻等等

There are limited tickets, so grab yours now to enjoy a fun day out of Shanghai. Tickets are only 240 RMB (220 RMB early bird till 2nd June) including return transportation, light breakfast, 15K race, Farmers Run shirt, farmers lunch and an unforgettable experience at MuYu Farm. Save 20 RMB per ticket if registering 5 or more people together.

门票有限，快叫上你的朋友一起享受农场的一天吧！报名费用一共240元（早鸟票220元，截止于6月2日），其中包括从Runners Hub出发的往返交通费，早餐，15公里田间跑，活动T恤，农家午餐和一难忘的经历。

5人及以上同时报名，每人可获得额外20元折扣。

Date：15th June 2019, 08:00 – 17:00.

Location: MuYu Farm on Chongming Island. Buses depart from Shanghai, at Runners Hub (Ground Floor, WF104, back of Carrefour Easy), 92 Ruipin Rd., (subway 7 & 12, Middle Longhua Rd., exit 5). 

Race type: 15K flat on paved farm roads.

Price: 240 RMB per ticket (same price for spectators & children). Early bird 220 RMB till 2nd of June. 20 RMB extra discount per ticket to groups of 5 or more. 50RMB off for runners who driver themselves.

Note: There are no shower facilities at the farm, so it is recommended that participants bring extra clothes to change while having lunch and sightseeing the farm.

地点：崇明岛沐雨农场。大巴将从上海Runners Hub出发， 瑞平路92号绿地缤纷城，1楼，WF104 (近大益茶庭)地铁7/12号线5号口出。

比赛长度：15公里田间路

费用：每人240元。早鸟票220元，6月2月截止。5人及以上同时报名，再可享受每人20元额外折扣。自行驾车前往的跑友可免50元往返大巴费用。

活动包领取在Runners Hub。

备注：因为农场没有洗澡的地方，所以建议参与者带上额外可更换的衣服。
