2019中国宁波四明问秋国际越野赛定于11月24日在浙江宁波海曙章水镇举行，赛事分三个组别：

6、特别说明：Special Statement:

赛事关门时间53KM组12小时，33KM组8小时，18KM组 4小时。因越野赛的特殊性质，比赛期间如有异常恶劣天气，如大雨、山体滑坡等不可抗力因素导致活动无法正常进行，为保障选手的人身安全，组委会有权提前终止比赛或使用备用赛道，在此之前未被关门的选手将全部被视作该组别的完赛选手。

The event closing time: Whole Course Group: 12 hours. Half Course Group: 8 hours. Experience Group: 4hours. Due to special property of cross-country competition, if there are super atrocious weathers occur like heavy rain, landside and so on, these force majeure factors cause activities to be out of order, to guarantee personal security of participants, organizing committee has the right to terminate the competition or use spare tracks. The players who have not been closed before will be regarded as the finishing players of that group.

5、报名注意：Registration Notice:

A．报名务必填写个人真实资料信息，以保证活动组织方为您提供有效的保险和突发情况救助服务，我们将严格为您的个人信息保密。

You must fill in the registration with your real personal information to ensure activity organizer to supply the valid insurance and emergency relief service. We will strictly keep your personal information confidential.

6．报名条件Registration Requirements:

1）年满18周岁且60周岁以下，有民事行为能力的自然人

A natural person who has a capacity for civil conduct under the age of 18 and under60 years of age.

2）身体健康，经常性参加跑步锻炼。

Good health and regular participation in running training.

3）尊重自然，承诺在越野跑比赛中尽自己最大努力与自然和谐共处。   

Respect for nature, promise to do your best in the cross-country race to live in harmony with nature.

享秋组-33KM组别选手，报名需提供（2018年1月-2019年11月）路跑半程或者更长距离的路跑线下完赛证书。

Contestant of 33KM group, need to be provided Completion Certificate of half-distance or longer marathon race completion is required (January 2018 - November 2019).

问秋组-53KM组别选手，报名需提供（2018年1月-2019年11月）全程路跑马拉松或者越野30KM及以上成绩证书。

Contestant of 53KM group, need to be provided a Completion Certificate of marathon race or above 30km Cross -country marathon completion is required (January 2018 - November 2019).

4）以下疾病患者不得报名参加比赛:

Patients with the following diseases are not allowed to enter the competition:

先天性心脏病和风湿性心脏病患者；

Congenital heart disease and rheumatic heart disease; 

高血压和脑血管疾病患者；

Patients with hypertension and cerebrovascular disease.

心肌炎和其他心脏疾病患者；

Myocarditis and other heart disease patients.

冠状动脉疾病患者和严重心律不齐者；

Patients with coronary artery disease and severe arrhythmia.

血糖过高或过低的糖尿病患者；

Hyperglycemia or too few diabetic patients.

其他不适合剧烈运动的人员；

Other patients who are not suitable for strenuous exercise.

在其他国内外越野跑赛事中有严重违反比赛规则行为的人员。

Others who have seriously violated the competition rules in other domestic and foreign cross-country race events.

Event Services:

1、选手包：

Participants’ bag:

参加者应在22-23日10:00-19:30 指定地点领取选手包，其中包括号码布等。选手需凭身份证和纸质签名赛事声明领取

Participants shall go to designated place to collect their bags including dossals and others during 10:00-20:00 from 16th to 17th. They require ID card and paper signed event statement to collect.

2、完赛奖励：

Awards for finishing the competition：

1.各组别完赛选手均将获得纪念奖牌

Participants for each group finishing the competition will all gain the commemorative medals.

2.各组别男女前3名将获得纪念奖杯

Top 3 male and female participants for each group will gain commemorative cups.

3.33K/53K组完赛选手将获得赛赛事奖金（税后）

3、赛事证书：  Event Certificate:

所有在规定时间内完成越野跑全程的选手均可下载电子证书，活动组织方不提供纸质证书，下载证书日期与操作方式将通过海曙长跑微信公众号发布。

All the participants finishing the whole course cross-country running within the regulated time can download electronic certificate. Activity organizer will not provide certificates in paper. The date and operation mode for downloading certificate will be released through Wechat public account of Haishu Long-distance Running.

4、摄影服务Photography Service:

活动组织方摄影组将在活动沿线抓拍选手在山野中纵情奔跑的精彩瞬间，活动后可前往指定平台搜索、下载自己的照片。

Photography team of activity organizer will capture the exciting movements of the participants running in the mountains along the route of activities. After the activity, participants can search and download their pictures on the specified platform.

Attentions:

1.所有报名缴费成功后的选手即成为正式参赛队员，不得退费，但报名成功后的选手无法参加比赛时，可在2019年10月20日10:00-10月31日18:00之间提出转让申请，按照赛事组委会的要求提供接收该名额人的资料。11月4日18:00之后将不在受理转让申请。

All participants who have completed registration and payment will become official participants and the payment cannot be refunded. However, if runner cannot attend the competition after application, the participant may apply to transfer the applicant qualification to others from 10:00 am on October 20, 2019 to 18:00 pm on October 31, 2019 and provide the information of recipient as required by organizer.

Any transfer application will not be accepted after 18:00 on November 4.

2、所有比赛选手的参赛名额不得私下转让、替赛，一经发现，将取消赛事名额。被接受转让人同样需符合组委会要的参赛资格。超过时限不接受任何转让。超过转让时间无法参加的队员，赛事结束后，联系组委会免费安排快递寄送参赛包。

No participant shall transfer participating quota to others or find others to replace competition. Once discovered, the participant will be disqualified. The transferee shall also be qualified as organizer required. No transfer quota will be accepted if deadline is exceeded. The participant who cannot participate in competition due to exceeding transferring deadline will receive the competing package by express for free as organizer committee arranged after the competition.

Event Guarantee

1、组织保障 Organization Guarantee

（1）我们将为全体参加活动者购买活动当日的个人意外保险。

We will purchase personal accident insurances at the event date for all the participants.

（2）我们将组织充足的工作人员为活动当日提供路线指引与相关保障。

We will organize enough staff on the activity day to supply route guidance and related guarantee.

（3）我们将专设医疗与救援组，并组织医生跑着参加，通过静态与动态双重保障能够及时应对活动中的突发状况。

We will specially set up medical and rescue team as well as organizing doctors to participate running, thus to deal with the emergencies in time during the event through both dynamic and static securities.

我们有理由相信作为一个成年人应该了解自己的需求及对自己的行为负责，但是我们还是需要提出强制装备。

We have reasons to believe that an adult shall realize what he needs and be responsible for his actions, while we still have to require bringing the following mandatory gears.

Event Rules

1、参赛选手必须完全沿着赛道标记与警戒线引导前进。赛道周边环境原始，严禁抄近路。

Participants must go forward along with the guidance by track mark and warning line. No shortcut is permitted to primal surroundings.

2、除紧急情况外，不允许参赛选手在除检查站、补给站以外的其它地方接受补给和支援。

Except for emergencies, participants shall be not allowed to receive supply and assistant from places other than checkpoint and supply depot.

3、比赛进行时，为了您的安全，参赛选手须全程携带所有强制装备。赛事期间会有随机地点的随机装备抽查（50KM）。缺少强制装备将会遭受罚时1小时。严重者强制退赛。

During competition, participants must always carry mandatory gears during the competition. The random inspection will be conducted at any place during the race（50KM）. Participants will receive one-hour time penalty if lack of mandatory gear taking. Participants will be forced to quit the race in serious cases.

4、检查站的所有补给仅供参赛选手使用。

All supplies in checkpoint can only be provided to participants.

5、若参赛选手在赛道上需要急救，请务必拨打号码布下方电话联系赛事工作人员。

If participant needs first aid on track, please dial the phone number shown below the number cloth to contact event staff.

6、在关门时间前不能到达检查站将会被剥夺继续比赛资格，赛道环境原始，关门时间后，禁止继续前进。

   The participant will be disqualified to continue match if fails to reach the checkpoint prior to closing time. The track is within the primary environment, so no further moving ahead after closing time.

7、参赛选手必须遵循“LNT山野无痕”户外准则。

   Participant must follow the rules of outdoor as “LNT No-trace in Mountains”.

8、参赛选手需为其家人和朋友的行为负责。参赛选手的家人与朋友需遵守检查站工作人员的安排。赛事组委会不负责其安全问题。若其家人朋友有违反赛事规则的行为，选手将会受罚或直接剥、夺参赛资格。必须遵循所有检查站工作人员的指示，包括为检查站空出特定区域的要求。

Participant shall be responsible for the behaviors by his family members and friends. Family members and friends shall obey the arrangement by checkpoint staff. The event organizing committee will not take the responsibilities for their safety. If family members and friends break the rule, the corresponding participant will accept punishment or be disqualified directly in competition. The instructions by checkpoint staff must be followed, including the requirements to specific area.

9、确保自身与他人的安全。照顾其他赛道使用者。鼓励携带登山杖以帮助行进，但请遵守登山杖用杖礼仪，避免伤害他人。

Ensure self-security and safety to others. Take care of other users on track. Alpenstock is encouraged to bring to help advance. While, observe the forms of etiquette for alpenstock and avoid hurting others.

10、赛事组委会强烈建议参赛选手自身有人身保险保障。

Organizing committee strongly recommended that the participant should purchase personnel life insurance.

11、赛事组委会保留在适宜情况下对赛事规则、赛道或其它安排作出调整的权利。

Organizing committee will reserve the right to modify the rules and regulations of event, track or other arrangements in appropriate circumstances.

12、任何此处未提及的规则均由中国宁波四明国际越野赛组委会负责解释。

Organizing Committee of Siming Mountain International Cross-country Race (China • Ningbo) will be responsible for the interpretation of any rules not mentioned herewith.
