The event will start and finish at the Shanghai Science and Technology Museum, 2100 Century Ave. (Metro line 2, Shanghai Science and Technology Museum, exit 1).

比赛的起点和终点是上海科技博物馆，世纪大道2100号。（地铁2号线，上海科技博物馆，1号出口）

The race is flat 6.5K without crossing traffic or urban obstacles. The competition is categorized by gender, so there will be prizes sponsored by Tecnica for the winners of the female and male categories.

Ranking is based on average times of each runners three best performances. Hence after the first event times will be published with a ranking, after the second event the average of those two will be published and so on. If a runner doesn't show for an event, that time will not impact the person's average, while second no-show will disqualify the person from the overall competition, while individual race times will still be valid. If a person participates in all four events, then the worst time is dismissed so only the 3 best performances count in the overall competition.

比赛总长6.5千米且没有任何十字交通以及城市障碍物。竞赛按照性别分组，各组最终的优胜者将分别得到由Tecnica赞助提供的奖品。

排名是根据选手三次最好成绩的平均时间来计算的。因此第一次比赛后根据表现将直接得出排名，第二次比赛后，第一次和第二次成绩的平均值作为排名依据，以此类推。如果一位参赛者有一场比赛没有参加，那不会影响他的平均成绩，两次缺席就无法参加最后的评比，当然个人的跑步成绩还是有效的。如果一位参赛者参加了4场比赛，最差的成绩将忽略不计，另外3场最好的成绩将作为最终评比的依据。

Race pack, with your tag, a race shirt and race kit, will be available in the start area one hour prior to race start of every event. Personal belongings can be stored at the start area.

装有参赛标签，跑步衫以及跑步装备的参赛包将会在每场比赛前1个小时发到参赛者的手中。起点处可以寄存私人物品。
