赛事规程

比赛时间：2017年4月23日  7:30

比赛地点：浙江省 淳安县 千岛湖

竞赛距离：

参赛对象：

业余铁人三项运动协会、铁人三项俱乐部及业余爱好者。

比赛年龄组：

注：

1、各距离分龄组将按照年龄组排名，年龄划分参考日期为2017年12月31日。组委会将根据实际报名情况做分组微调，届时可能更新分组；

2、接力组由2－3个人接力完成，不分年龄组；

3、本次比赛中年龄超过60岁（含60岁）的运动员，须具有近2年以内参加铁人三项全程、半程比赛的经历(以往参赛成绩证书)，否则报名审核不予通过。

Amateur Triathlon Sports Associations, Amateur Triathlon Clubs and individual amateur athletes.

Age Group：

Please Note:

1. Age group is assigned according to athlete’s age on December 31st, 2017. Race Committee may adjust the age groups based on registration situation.

2. The relay team consists 2-3 athletes to form into a Male team, a Female team, or a mixed gender team.

3. For athletes older than 60 (include 60), he or she should provide the triathlon completion certification  (Sprint Distance or above) in the recent two years. 

4. Registration fee will include: Finisher T-shirt, Finisher Medal, athletes gift bag, post-race refreshment, Bike Mechanic Service and more.

报名时间：2017年1月19日－3月31日（额满提前截止）

--其中1月19日~2月17日为早鸟阶段报名，2月18日至3月31日为正常阶段报名。

报名条件：

1、具有一定铁三比赛经验的选手：报名时需提交以往参赛成绩，付费后组委会将进行审核，审核通过后可参加本次赛事；

2、具有一定运动基础的新手：组委会会在赛前对报名选手进行测试审核，付费后组委会将进行审核，审核通过后可参加本次赛事；

报名费：

退费规则：

在3月31日以前申请取消报名的，已缴纳部分扣除50%参赛费用后退还；
在此之后取消报名的，无论任何原因不能参赛都不予退还。

KOL组报名须知：

STC 大铁联赛在2017年推出全新精英组别KOL（King of the Lake）及特别奖金机制，于第一站千岛湖大铁113决战风云！KOL（King of the Lake) 组是针对高水平选手设立的特殊组别，分为男女组别。选手需要在本站赛事开始前至少一个月提出申请，获得资格批准后参赛。如申请人数超过名额总数，将按申请的时间顺序分配名额。

2、奖金分配方案

注：所有奖金将按照中国税法规定，征收20%个人所得税，由主办方统一办理代扣代缴。

3、时间差浮动奖金方案

1）STC大铁联赛在选手基础奖金的基础上，奖金将实现成绩时间差浮动方案；

2）时间差S浮动方案（5-10分钟），时间差将采用满分钟取整计算，比如1:41只算1分钟，2:01算2分钟，52秒算0时间差。

例如：

1）如果前一位选手和后一位选手的时间差S在（5-10）分钟之间，则两位选手奖金维持不变，都是基础奖金；

2）如果前一位选手和后一位选手的时间差S在5分钟以内，则前一位选手的的奖金则减少（5-S）*100元，减少的奖金将分配给后一位；

3）如果前一位选手和后一位选手的时间差S在10分钟（不含）以上，则后一位选手的奖金减少（S-10）*100元，最高不超过500元，减少的奖金将分配给前一位选手。

Online Registration

Registration is open from January 19th, 2017 to March 31st, 2017 (or until the quota is full).

Early Bird Registration: January 19th, 2017 – February 17th, 2017

Regular Registration: February 18th, 2017 – March 31st, 2017  

Registration Requirements:

For experienced triathletes: Athletes who intend to race must present your past triathlon completion certificate and get approval from the Race Committee.

For first timers: Athletes who intend to race must have a pretest before race and get approval from the Race Committee.

Registration Fee：

Please note: Any cancellation requests received before 11:59pm (GMT+8) Friday March 31st, 2017 will be eligible for a 50% refund of event entry fee paid. Any requests received after 11:59pm (GMT+8) Friday March 31st, 2017 will NOT be eligible for a refund under any circumstances.

KOL：

2017 STC Triathlon Series release the KOL （King of the Lake）program and special reward system.KOL is a special category for elite athletes. Application should be sent one month before the race start and wait for confirmation from Race Committee. The applications will be checked in order.

KOL qualifying standard will be:

Reward System:

All the rewards will be charge 20% income tax by China's tax law, collected and remitted by the race committee.

Time Difference Floating Reward System：

1) STC Triathlon Series will implement Time Difference Reward System based on the base rewards.

2) Finish Time Difference Floating System (5-10 min), finish time difference will be calculated by a full-minute. E.g. 1 min 41 sec will be calculated as 1min, 2 min 1 sec will be calculated as 2 min, 52 sec will be calculated as 0 min.

For example

1) If the finish time difference between the first athlete and the second athlete is from 5-10 min, then the rewards will stay the same, 6000 RMB and 5000 RMB.

2) If the finish time difference between the first athlete and the second athlete is less than 5 min, then the reward for the first athlete will be reduced by （5-S）*100 RMB and this part will be distributed to the second athlete.

3) If the finish time difference between the first athlete and the second athlete is more than 10 min, then the reward for the second athlete will be reduced by （S-10）*100  RMB （500 RMB at most） and this part will be distributed to the first athlete.

比赛路线

（一）游泳路线 Swim course：

游泳出发点位于秀水广场下水平台，标铁路线距离为1.5km，大铁113路线距离为1.9km。

Swim segment starts off at the starting platform at Xiushui Square. The distance of swim leg is 1.9km for 113K Distance, and 1.5km for Olympic Distance.

（二）自行车路线  Bike Course：

113路线为：秀水广场－阳光路－沿淳开线折返，全长90km。

For 113K Distance (90km): Xiushui Square-Yangguang Road-Chunkai Road-Turning Point-back along the same route.

标铁路线为：秀水广场－阳光路－沿淳开线折返，全长40km。

For Olympic Distance (40km): Xiushui Square-Yangguang Road-Chunkai-Turning Point Road-back along the same route.

（三）跑步路线  Run Course：

路线为秀水广场至千岛湖大桥湖边栈道，进行折返绕圈跑。

标铁组距离为10km；大铁113距离为21.1km。

Course Route: Xiushui Square-QianDao Lake Bridge-Turning Point-back along the same route. Run course is 21.1km for 113K Distance, and 10km for Olympic Distance.

Race Schedule

基本竞赛规则

1、在任何时刻均保持良好的体育精神。

2、以真实姓名报名参加比赛，严禁冒名顶替参赛。如有发现，将取消比赛资格。如以非真实姓名报名，所引起保险理赔问题自行负责。

3、知晓并理解和遵守所有的赛事规则，以及在赛事信息手册和赛事说明会上中提到的所有规则。

4、对裁判、工作人员、志愿者、观众、社会大众以及其他选手保持尊重和礼貌。

5、遵守法律和当地法规条例，禁止任何形式的政治、宗教的展示以及种族歧视，违反法律和当地条例，以及不恰当的展示将导致比赛资格的取消。

6、严禁在任何赛事相关微信群等公开场合污言秽语。

7、在比赛中不能接受第三方外部协助（除了赛事裁判、工作人员以及其他选手）。

8、严禁从任何外部车辆或设备取得、以及试图取得不公平的竞赛优势。

9、在比赛中严禁不文明暴露以及赤裸身体。不文明暴露以及赤裸身体将会导致取消比赛资格的处罚。

10、初次参加铁三赛的选手，必须佩戴跟屁虫方能下水比赛，否则不予进入下水出发区域；比赛中禁止使用呼吸管，脚蹼，手套，手蹼，或任何漂浮设备（包含夹腿板）；允许使用跟屁虫，但连接绳必须长于40cm。

11、当水温低于24.5摄氏度，允许穿着防寒泳衣；防寒泳衣不能覆盖选手脸部，手部及脚部；比赛服装需要穿在防寒泳衣里面；防寒泳衣的厚度不能超过5mm。如果防寒泳衣由两部分或更多的部分组成，在重叠部位的厚度也不允许超过5mm；当水温低于16摄氏度时，所有选手都必须穿着防寒泳衣。

12、本次比赛只允许公路车、铁三车参加比赛，山地车、死飞车和折叠车不允许参赛。前后车轮都必须有刹车机构，后轮不允许使用死飞机构，在停止踩踏时后轮必须能够保持向前转动。非传统或非常见的自行车及装备为非法装备，除非在赛事开始前，得到赛事主裁判的允许。

13、 选手使用的头盔必须是得到国家相关质检部门的认可产品。禁止对头盔的零部件做任何改动，包含头盔固定带或者头盔缺失任何零件。

Competition Rules

(1) Practice good sportsmanship at all times.

(2) Please use your real name to register for the race. Act as a fraudulent substitute for a person is forbidden. Fraudulent substation will result in disqualification. Please notice that incorrect or untrue information may result in failure for athletes to be insured and the race committee will not be responsible for the related insurance claims problems.

(3) Know, understand, and follow all Competition Rules, as stated herein, in the Event-specific Athlete Information Guide, and at the Event-specific athlete briefings.

(4) Treat referees, officials, volunteers, spectators, the public, and other athletes with respect and courtesy.

(5) Obey laws and local ordinances and avoid any type of demonstration of political, religious, or racial propaganda. Failure to obey laws or local ordinances and/or failure to refrain from demonstration will result in disqualification.

(6) Avoid to use abusive language in public speaking, i.e. Race WeChat group chat.

(7) Compete without receiving assistance from other parties (other than from Race Referees, Race Officials, and other athletes).

(8) Not gain or attempt to gain any unfair advantage from any external vehicle or object.

(9) Avoid indecent exposure and public nudity at all times during an Event. Indecent exposure/public nudity may result in a disqualification.

(10) Swimming safety buoy is mandatory for all first-timers, otherwise you will not be able to enter the swim start. The use of snorkels, fins, gloves, paddles, or flotation devices of any kind (including pull buoys) is prohibited. But Swimming safety buoy with a longer than 40cm connecting line is allowed.

(11) Wetsuits will be worn in water temperature down to and including 24.5 degrees C； A wetsuit may cover any part of the body except the face, hands, or feet; A race kit may be worn underneath the wetsuit; The thickness of the wetsuit may not exceed 5mm. If the wetsuit consists of two or more pieces then the combined thickness of the overlapping pieces may not exceed 5 mm; Wetsuits are mandatory for professional athletes and age-group athletes for water temperatures below 16 degrees C.

(12) Only Tri bikes and road bikes are allowed in the race. Mountain bike, Folding bikes and fixed gear bikes are NOT ALLOWED. There must be two working brake on both of the two wheels. There must be a free-wheeling mechanism between the crank and the rear wheel that allows the bicycle to roll forward while the pedals remain stationary. Non-traditional or unusual bikes or equipment are illegal unless, prior to the start of the Race, approval has been granted from the Event-specific Head Referee.

(13) Helmets must be approved by a national accredited testing authority. An alteration to any part of the helmet, including the chin strap, or the omission of any part of the helmet, is prohibited.

组委会为每位参赛人员提供意外保险一份。

请注意：如果由于报名时填写了错误或不实信息导致无法成功购买保险；或是比赛当天冒名顶替比赛而产生的所有损失，组委会将不负任何责任。比赛风险人人都需注意，希望每位参赛者谨慎参赛，安全完赛。

Accidental Insurance

An accidental insurance will be covered for each athlete that has registered for the race. 

Please notice that incorrect or untrue information may result in failure for athletes to be insured. Cheating and deceitful presence are strictly intolerable, the race committee will not be responsible for any consequences caused by above-mentioned foul acts.
