Zombie run is a 5km long fun run where runners run along the trail chased by zombies. Participants can choose who they want to be: a runner or a zombie. There will be 160 runners and only 40 zombies. If you like to scare people, we suggest you play on zombies side. If you prefer to run and be scared, be a runner! Participants don't have to break the world records and run as fast as they can - although we don't mind if they do – they simply have to reach the finish line alive... You don't have to be the strongest person to do that, but you have to be sneaky!

僵尸跑是一个5公里长的趣味跑，跑者沿着被僵尸追逐的路线跑。参与者可以选择自己想成为的人:跑步者还是僵尸。将有160名参赛者，只有40名僵尸。如果你喜欢吓唬人，我们建议你在僵尸的一边玩。如果你喜欢跑步和害怕，那就做一个跑步者吧！参赛者不必要求成绩，他们只是需要到达终点线即可。你不一定是一个很强的跑者，但你必须狡猾一点！

All the participants will be given unique zombie T-shirts, free beverages and invited to participate in a zombie dance flashmob. Zombie-participants will also get an exclusive zombie make-up session from us .

Fee for both runners and zombies:

100 RMB - if you buy it before September 25th

150 RMB – if you buy it on September 25th and after

If you are a RUNNER:

Your goal is to get to the finish line alive. You will be given three lives – three ribbons sewn to your belt. Zombies will try to take them from you. You need to run away from them and come to finish with at least one ribbon left, to be considered a survivor. Once you have lost all your lives – you become a zombie too!

You can:

· Run

· Walk

· Scream and be scared

· Laugh and giggle

· Dance

You cannot:

· Get off the trail – especially in order to avoid paths with zombies

· Hold on to your ribbons and take them back after zombies have taken them

· Tie lost ribbons back to your belt

· Take ribbons from other runners

· Push, fight and hurt in any possible way zombies and other runners

If you are a ZOMBIE:

Your goal is to get as many lives from runners as you can. Lives are represented by ribbons sewn to runners' belts. You will wait for them on a specific part of the trail and, once they are there, try to get their ribbons.

Zombie-participants have to come to the start earlier – turning into a zombie takes some time.

You can:

· Run, walk or stand and chase runners within your part of the trail

· Growl, roar and snarl – be a cute and scary zombie

· Grab one (only one!) ribbon from one runner

You cannot:

· Leave your part of the trail

· Chase runners outside of your part of the trail

· Take more than one ribbon from one runner

Push, fight and hurt runners and other zombies

如果你是僵尸:

你的目标是尽可能多的从跑步者中获得生命。生命由缝在跑步者腰带上的丝带表示。你会在线索的特定部分等待他们，一旦他们在那里，尝试拿他们的丝带。

WHO WILL BE THE WINNERS?

Winners among runners:

1st place: those who finished perfectly healthy - with all three lives left

2nd place: those who finished slightly injured - with two lives left

3rd place: those who  managed to stay alive – with one life left

Winners among zombies:

1st place: one with the most lives taken from runners

2nd place: one with the second most lives lives taken from runners

3rd place: one with the third most lives taken from runners

All winners will get the prizes!
