2018 PBSPORT东白山训练赛将于2018年1月6日在浙江省绍兴市诸暨市东白湖镇廖宅举办，比赛设精英组（ 33KM、累计爬升1800米、关门时间7小时），休闲组（19KM、累计爬升1100米、关门时间7小时）两个组别。东白山位于浙江省中部，最高峰太白峰系会稽山脉主峰，海拔1194.6米，主峰太白尖位于浙江金华东阳市虎鹿镇。自古以来为浙中名山之首，是浙中地理上的“屋脊”，也是古越文化滥觞于会稽的崇高象征。现已开放报名，具体信息如下：

Registration Method

线上报名，额满即止

报名要求 Requirements for registration

1、18周岁以上（2000年1月5日（含）以前出生）；

1. Racer must be over 18 years old and above (Born before January 5, 2000)

2、身体健康，无高血压、心脏病史及妨碍剧烈运动的其他疾病；

2. Racer must be in good health and without a history of high-pressure blood disease, heart disease and any other diseases which may make them unsuitable for the intensive activity.

3、根据自身实力选择组别

Select your group depend on your own capability

由于精英组有一定难度

3. 故报名精英组的需提供近一年50km或以上越野的完赛证书

The Elite Group is a little bit difficult. Racer for this group should provide a finisher certification for a 50km race (or over 50km) trail running race in the last year.

Equipment requirements

越野跑鞋

Trail running shoes

手机(百分之85电量以上）

Mobile phone（Over 85% battery power at race start.）

一件带帽的全压胶防水透气外套（重量>100g，防水指数>10000mm，透气指数>10000g/㎡，塑料雨衣、防风夹克、抗水夹克均不被认可）

1 x waterproof and breathable hoody with full taped waterproof seams（Weigt>100g,waterproof>10000mm，Breathability>10000g/㎡.The plastic raincoat,windproof jacket and water resistant jacket are not accepted）

一件保暖贴身层上衣（羊毛或聚酯纤维材质）

1 x Thermal top made by wool or polyester.

一个救生哨

Transportation and accommodation

1、交通建议Transportation suggestions ：

1、自驾Driving by yourself

2、高铁到诸暨站后到达指定点乘坐短驳车前往

Take a train to Zhuji; Go to the designate place by yourself for taking the shuttle bus to the race start.

3、高铁到达诸暨后，打车前往起点

Arrive at Zhuji Railway Station by train first, then take a taxi to the race start.

备注：短驳车出发时间为1月6号早上8点，发车地点在苎萝东路37号

Please note that the shuttle bus will depart at 8 AM, January 6th.
